Darks sat out the 2022-23 season to focus on a medical school … She is not only gifted on the basketball court, but she is also an excellent student … Graduated from A&T in two years after getting college credits at the University of Cincinnati when she was in high school … Graduated from A&T with a 3.91-grade point average in biology … Has her sights on being a physician after during an internship at the University of California Irvine Medical School … a career as a physician full-time … Had an excellent freshman season for the 2021 MEAC tournament champion Aggies … Elevates the perimeter play for the Aggies … Has quickness and provides A&T with a strong combo guard who has a scorer’s mentality … Can create offense for her teammates, while she is excellent at drawing fouls and getting to the free throw line … She is a tenacious on-ball defender.

2022-23 Season: She was not a member of the team.

2021-22 Season: Played in 24 games with nine starts … Averaged 6.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game … Shot 40.5 percent from the floor, 27.0 percent from 3-point range and 65.6 percent from the free throw line … Scored in double figures five times … Posted a season-high 14 points to go along with a season-high five assists on 6-for-8 shooting in A&T’s 90-88 win at Gardner-Webb on Jan. 29 … Posted 11 points and five rebounds on 5-for-5 shooting from the free throw line in an 80-52 win over Presbyterian on Feb. 10 … Had nine points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals in A&T’s 86-46 win over South Carolina State on Dec. 4.

2020-21 Season: Played and started all 17 games … Averaged 10.5 points, 2.7 assists and 1.9 steals per game  … Shot .412 from the field, .268 from 3-point range and .679 from the free throw line … Named third-team All-MEAC and made the MEAC’s all-rookie team … Ranked 14^th in the conference in scoring, seventh in field goal percentage, ninth in assists, 14^th in free throw shooting  and seventh in steals … In conference play, Darks averaged 11.4 points, 3.0 assists and 2.1 steals per game  …  Scored double-digits in eight games, including a career-high 19 points at South Carolina State (Jan. 9) … In an eight-week stretch from Jan. 3-Feb. 14, Darks averaged 14.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.3 steals, while shooting 44.8 (39-for-87) percent from the floor, including 34.5 (10-for-29) percent from the 3-point line.

High School: Played high school basketball at Walnut Hills … Ranked 153rd overall in the Collegiate Girls Basketball Report National Ranking … The same organization ranked her 41st at her position and they gave her a scout grade of 20 … Recorded 978 career points going into her senior season … Won ECC player of the year honors  … Earned All-ECC honors three times, on two occasions she earned first team … Was All-Ohio honorable mention, second-team All-Southwest Ohio and first-team All-City … Was also a two-time All-District 16 honoree and a first-team District 16 All-Star.
