Synopsis: Goku thought he was always the most powerful being in his universe when he realized that there are beings who are still more powerful than he is. In order to prove to himself that he is the greatest that there is, he is going to challenge all of them in a one-on-one until he is the last person alive. Which is why we are going to be having a two parts Dragon Ball Gauntlet! The first part will be focusing on the pre-retcon series which are Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT, so let us all do this everybody!

I mean we don't know much about Goku from A Hero's Legacy, except he with fused with Shenron(so has the power of Omega Shenron?) and then has a 100 years of training. The best we can do is estimate his power boost, and considering sayians increase in power exponentially, he's probably above even SSJ4 Gogeta would be my guess. Although we can't know for sure, ever from the looks of it.
