First up, there is nothing wrong with the volume--plays just as loudly and clearly as any other CD in my player. So that was a relief. There is a total of 49 tracks, including the opening and ending credits songs from both seasons (as of 4/13) The rest is more or less every music cue within the show itself; the annoying "Paya paya", the "wait for it.." Tsukune/Moka love theme, even the 5 second commercial bumper moments. There's even instrumental versions of "Cosmic Love" and "Discotheque" (This is where I was disappointed: I thought, from reading what I could on the back of the jewel case (everything is in Japanese, w/no translation card inserted within) that the second "Discotheque" was the longer version to be found on Youtube. Nope. Was bummed, but once accepting my fate I have grown to like the instrumental version; chokes me up if the mood is right)
The price of course is ridiculous...perseverance wins out if you wait until you can get it for about $40.00, including all taxes and shipping costs. Shipping from Japan will take close to three weeks, so patience is a must.
I'm a HUGE fan of this show, and been so for only about 4 months; saw the anime first then splurged on the manga--yes the manga IS better BUT each is worthy in their own way. If the anime seems like an interesting thing to get, czech out the episodes on Youtube first before investing, especially if you expect it to be as layered and in depth as the books. C'mon Gonzo, make a third season happen!!
I listened to a 25 min. YouTube collection of themes from this, and figured that was it. You can imagine my delight when I popped it into the player and saw 49 tracks with a total playing time of 76:35! And it includes the opening and closing theme songs to both seasons...the edited versions used for the show, but to be honest--since it's a SOUNDTRACK, isn't that how it should be?
*whatever*
The rest of the album I am truly very pleased with, as it is honest-to-goodness soundtrack music: the background music used, which ranges from orchestral to rock.
This is easily one of my best Amazon purchases!
If someone could recommend soundtracks for the the english versions of the songs Mizure and Kurumu sing, I would be thankful.
There are 49? songs but only 4 are vocalized. The songs by Mizore and Kurumu as sung in the anime are missing. Of course there were only 26 episodes so they just stuck every noise or piece of music on there inclusive of the title songs and end credit songs.
This was not worth $60 plus. Like they say, the Best Things in Life are Free! Things that cost alot are of little worth. And the Free Gift from God through Jesus Christ is Eternal Life. I guess I got into one of those foolish emotional urges again. Makes one wonder about professional athletes and their multi-million dollar salaries only to go broke a few years down the road.
So anyway, went back looking at Inuyasha stuff and the price has really come down. That's what you get from a first rate production. Not some obscure blip on the radar. I hope that guy who bought the unboxed Bobbafett actiion figure for 19k is enjoying his used toy.

Von epischen, symphonischen Bombast („Releasing the Seal“, „Fierce Battle“, „Mizore‘s Theme“), romantischen und zuckersüßen Stücken („The Vow with Moka“, „Always With You“, „Love After the Rain“) bis hin zu heiteren Blödelmelodien („Churuchuru Payapaya“, „Paya Paya“, „Dabadabada“) ist hier alles vertreten.
